These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dasibell LeaseFlow OS software platform ("Service"). By registering an account or accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.

1. The Service

Dasibell provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing commercial lease operations. We do not provide financial advice, legal advice, or property management services. The Service is a tool to help you record, track, and manage your operational data.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload, store, or transmit any data that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, or contains malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the security mechanisms of the Service.
  • Use the Service to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or the infrastructure supporting it.

4. Data Ownership and Licence

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data you upload or enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Fees for the Service are billed in advance on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).
  • All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will apply to your next billing cycle.
  • If payment is not received, we may suspend your access to the Service until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dasibell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify account administrators of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dasibell operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
