These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LeaseFlow OS, operated by Dasibell ("Dasibell", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

LeaseFlow OS is a business-to-business platform intended for professional property management organisations. By creating an account, you represent that you are authorised to bind your organisation to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Permitted Use

You may use LeaseFlow OS solely for your organisation's internal commercial property and lease management operations. You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without written authorisation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content.
• Circumvent any access controls or security features.

3. Data Ownership

All operational data you enter into LeaseFlow OS — tenant records, contracts, invoices, and property information — remains your property. Dasibell processes this data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability.

5. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at onboarding. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue balances after reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

LeaseFlow OS, its design, codebase, and documentation are the exclusive property of Dasibell. Nothing in these Terms grants you any intellectual property rights in the platform beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dasibell's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Dasibell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Dasibell may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, data export is available for 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dasibell is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice to account administrators. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
