Dasibell ("we", "our", or "us") operates LeaseFlow OS, a commercial lease operations platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about organisations and users who access our platform.

We collect information necessary to provide the LeaseFlow OS service:

• Account data: Organisation name, administrator email, contact phone, and billing address provided during onboarding.
• User data: Names and email addresses of team members added to an organisation account.
• Operational data: Property records, tenant information, contract terms, invoices, and payment records you enter into the platform.
• Usage data: Log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages accessed, and timestamps — used solely for security and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the LeaseFlow OS platform.
• To send transactional emails (invoice notifications, contract summaries, password resets).
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Service providers: Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements.

We retain operational data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
